Pro — Individual teams and team managers

Club — Small clubs with 2–10 teams

Annual billing is charged upfront. You can cancel anytime, but annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
How to Upgrade
Upgrading to Pro:
Go to Settings → Subscription and click Upgrade to Pro. Choose monthly or annual billing, enter your payment info, and you’ll be upgraded instantly.
Upgrading to Club or League:
Navigate to the Organizations page from your dashboard sidebar, then click Create Organization. Select your plan tier (Club or League), complete billing setup, and assign your teams to the org.
Pro tip:
Start with the Free plan to try GetDues. Upgrade to Pro when you need auto-reminders, SMS, or unlimited members. Move to Club/League when managing 2+ teams.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Pro plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Club and League plans also offer trials — contact us for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your settings at any time. Monthly subscriptions end at the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of your year.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your data is preserved, but you’ll lose access to Pro features like auto-reminders, SMS, Stripe payments, and CSV exports. If you have more than 1 team or more than 25 members per team, you’ll need to remove teams or members to stay on the Free plan.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes! Go to Settings → Subscription and choose to switch to annual billing. You’ll be charged the annual amount immediately and save 30%+.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?
We offer discounts for qualifying nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact us at support@getdues.com with your organization details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers via Stripe. ACH bank transfer and card payments are available for all Pro teams with Stripe connected.
Are there any transaction fees?
GetDues does not charge transaction fees. If you use Stripe for online payments, standard Stripe fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction). Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal have their own fee structures.
What are ACH bank transfers and how do they work?
ACH (Automated Clearing House) bank transfers let members pay directly from their bank account — similar to using a debit card, but with lower fees (0.8%, capped at $5 per transaction). Any Pro team with Stripe connected can accept ACH payments.
Settlement timeline: ACH payments take 4–5 business days to settle. During this time, the payment shows as “Pending” in your dashboard. Once settled, funds are deposited to your connected bank account.
Members simply enter their bank account and routing number during checkout — no need for them to link accounts in advance.
Can I pass processing fees to payers?
Yes. If you have Pro and Stripe enabled, you can toggle “Pass processing fees to payers” in Team Settings → Payment Info. When enabled, Stripe’s processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are added to the payer’s total at checkout. This ensures your team receives the full due amount. For example, a $200 due becomes $206.29 at checkout, and your team receives the full $200 (approximately $200.01). Payers see a clear breakdown of the fee in the payment portal.
What’s the difference between Pro and Club plans?
Pro is for individual team managers who may run multiple teams independently. Club is for organizations managing 2–10 teams under one billing account with centralized reporting and admin roles. If you only manage 1–2 teams, Pro is more cost-effective.
