There's no automated refund flow. Track each deposit as its own lacrosse fee. When a family returns their gear at season end, undo their deposit payment in GetDues (for non-Stripe payments) and refund the family via the original channel. For Stripe payments, refund from your Stripe dashboard — GetDues catches the refund event automatically.

Can I assign goalie-only lacrosse fees?

Yes. When creating the lacrosse fee, select only the goalies on your roster. Field players never see it in their portal.

How do I collect lacrosse helmet decal orders with per-player customization?

Collect each family's choices outside GetDues (a quick form works), then create the fee with per-player amounts that match what each family ordered. Their portal shows the right total, and you can export the payment ledger to send the vendor.

What happens if a player drops mid-season?

Apply a per-due adjustment (credit, partial waiver, or discount) to update the player's balance. If they'd already paid, undo the manual payment and refund the family through the original channel — or refund the Stripe charge from the Stripe dashboard.

Can boys and girls programs run in the same account?
