There's no automatic refund flow. Track each deposit as its own fee in GetDues, separate from dues. At season end, when a family returns their gear, undo their deposit payment in GetDues and refund them — through the Stripe dashboard for card payments, or via the original channel (Venmo, Zelle, cash, check) for manual payments.

Can I collect a banquet fee without affecting dues?
